keyboard for pro evolution 2008 on ps3

Hi there,
Does anybody know if i can use a keyboard to play pro evolution 2008 on ps3?
I found this keyboard which is for ps3 (http://www.onhop.ca/Product/1238871) but i am not sure if it is usable only for internet or if it can be used as a gaming controller as well.
If anyone knows about this product or any solution for my issue please let me know
