 You want Visual Boy Advance

http://vboy.emuhq.com/downloads.shtml

Some ROMs are floating around on p2p like Kazaa.  This emulator works well on 98, xp, pentium II, Pentium 4 (tried them all).  VBA emulates all of the gameboys, and the game boy advance.  Have fun!

Go down to where it says "Version 1.5" or better to run the latest gba games and get the best support and options.

Actually I just saw some emulators and games for pocket pc on Kazaa, I'm not sure which version you need for the pocket pc.  Most likely not the one I listed above, sorry.  Good luck.

if you dont already have Kazaa go to

http://www.kazaa.com/us/index.htm

and download it. it is a network of millions of people around the world that share files. I use kazaa and its amazing what you can get.  I have gotten a GBA, N64 and over 50 roms for it useing kazza to download them onto my PC.
I have ner looked for the other emulators but there is around 3 billion people on kazaa so im sure it is in there

after you install Kazaa and do all the nesesary things befor you start
go to 'Search'

select the 'Software' tab and type in the Search box 'emulators'

you will come up with aprox. 400 files.
look around. find the file you want and download it. simple as that.
plus you can get a number of other things on Kazaa.

Audio files
Video files
Images
Documents
Software
Playlists

so go for it. hope this helped. it helped me alot lol

no no no no. I think you're looking for an EMULATOR for POCKET PC, not roms(whihc are easy to get) Here's a great website with many links to pocket pc emulators:

http://www.retrogames.com/pocketpc.html

Most of these work on my ipaq, and should work on any pocket pc
