I have found the instructions which say to direct the virtual CD-ROM to where the iso file is but have not been able to make it install. Has anyone faced this or does anyone have any idea on how to make that work.

Under the configuration of the Virtual Machine, you should be able to "mount" the ISO file. This option is located in the CD Drive area of the Virtual Server - instructions follow:
On the Virtual Server Manager, goto heading Virtual Machine on left -> Configure -> Select the machine you wish to configure.
On the right side of the screen, select the CD/DVD drive option (about half the way down the page)
Under "Capture" settings, under the box which says "Fully Qualified Path to file", type in the path to the ISO file (ie: C:\ISO\MyISOFile.iso)
If you have spaces in the path (C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\...) then put the entire path in quotation marks " "
Click "Add CD/DVD Drive" or "OK".
