Thanks Masqueraid for pointing me to the EE rules. I'm not planning to hack or modify firmware. I just interested how the system I bought work.
1. One of my initial questions was about System Menu location. From your replay one, I assume that System Menu is in System Memory.
2. Is it any interconnections between IOS and System Menu? Does System Menu use IOS as games do?
3. Does IOS shares the same System memory the System Menu use?

Interesting question Andrejs
In order:
1) The system memory is on the SEEPROM so its physical location is that it's the smallest chip on the "Hollywood" controller board next to the ARM926 chip
2) Nintendo introduced a two-stage boot process for the Wii, bootloader calls boot1 which initialises the system and calls boot2
3) NAND is a type of flash memory but in the Wii this refers specifically to the 512MB memory chip and its interface on the board
Manipulation of any of these could be used to modify the firmware of the Wii so before you add a further question I should remind you about this ;)
