How do I block the ports use for Xbox 360

Hi, I bought my son a XBOX 360 Live and I only wanted him to use it to play games locally.  I do not want him to use Xbox 360 Live.  Now he even using it for phones.  Is there a way I can controll that with my pix... turning off certian ports.  Is so what is the commands for the pix and ports.  Start Free Trial
