Can you substitute an xbox 360 cd-rom drive for a standard pc cd-rom drive?

I want to mod my xbox 360 by putting the components into a computer case.  I also want to change the xbox cd-rom drive to make it a little better/faster/easier for the computer case.  Does anyone know if the internal cd-rom drive is a specific xbox drive or can you use any pc cd/dvd rom drive instead of the xbox one?Start Free Trial
