Hi greeneel,
A good friend of mine use dazzle said it was not easy as he though but it works not hdmi though.
This was the link i directed him too:
http://hubpages.com/hub/Guides-to-Recording-Xbox-360-Gameplay-to-Desktop-or-Laptop
This should give you enough to start.
If you need direct instructions for specific set up let me know.
You should be able to record  to your network: ie pc or laptop for direct upload to you tube or your website.
let me know how that turns out for you.

greeneel:

I have found an alt solution that is far less expensive:
check this out:
http://www.guygraphics.com/GGPROD-74680.html
http://www.blackmagic-design.com/products/intensity/
blackmagics intensity pro far less expensive only around 200.00 not bad

Greeneel:
can also may be try this
http://www.amazon.com/HDMI-Splitter-Premium-Cable/dp/B000FMJLQC
as long as you have HD recording software on your machine could also work and is far less $ less than $20
Romojotek
that last one has some mixed reviews not sure if it is going to be what you are looking for.

Back in mid-April, I was looking into this myself & I asked the chap (Phil Sites) at thesportsgamer.com what he was using.  He was very kind to respond: a Hauppauge HD PVR.  It is in the same price range as the above-mentioned card.

Hauppauge: http://www.hauppauge.com/
Greeneel:

Are any of these ideas what you had in mind or have you already explored these options?
Seems like we are just spinning our wheels here and it has been a while since you have responded?

I have asked several gaming buds and everything seems to be covered here are we missing the point here?
I get you are trying to record full HD & play in same? Not sure if there are any more options here?

Like i said I just use my DVDr works great picture is not the best but gets the job done.
