three xbox's to one router with open NAT

I have 3 xbox 360's a belkin 125 wifi router. I have setup the router to forward the two ports 88 and 3074 to xbox 1. NAT is open, xbox 2 and 3 are strict, turn off xbox1 then either xbox 2 or 3 gets open NAT (strange), Now since you can only forward the ports to one static IP address how do you get it to three consoles at the same time UPNP does not solve this as i have already tried. Placing xbox 2 in the DMZ and xbox 1 with port forward still only allows one Open NAT Xbox 1. My router is not in the compatibille list and i'm quite sure buying one from the list will not solve the problem.
Q1 : how do i connect xbox 1, 2 and 3 to xboxlive all with open NAT
Q2 : does port forwarding take preference over DMZStart Free Trial
