Create New Action Replay DS Codes

I have an M3 DS Simply for the Nintendo DS which accepts all Action Replay codes. My question is: "Is it possible to create new Action Replay codes for DS games using the M3 DS Simply, roms, and Windows XP Home Edition with no additional hardware?"  Please note that this question is NOT illegal, as I bought the corresponding cartridge for every rom.

I don't know the M3 DS Simply, so I can't give a definitive answer.  However, if the M3 DS Simply can accept new codes (AR DS codes come in the form of XML files) then your only problem remains the ability to discover & write the code.  As the M3 DS Simply is not advertised as having software to perform this, then I'm guessing it won't be of much use in discovering where the data items exist nor in how to write the AR code.

If given AR codes, there is no problem adding them to the firmware; I already have the tools to do so. What I would like to know is how to create AR codes in the first place. Is there any software which I can use on the roms?

I can't promise anything, but it certianly allows the editing of the XML used.
