I would recommend running a full virus/malware scan on that Server. Inetinfo.exe is actually part of IIS which controls Web hosting, mail transfer, and SSL certificate services among others. But there are viruses and malware that register under Inetinfo and use the smtp service to send out spam. If you're running exchange or web services (Sharepoint, companyweb) you can't disable inetinfo.exe but there may be something hijacking the services.
Run a good malware scan and see if it picks up on something abusing that service. Malwarebytes Anti-malware is a good start.
