How do i code a tic tac toe game?

Could one of you experts please be so kind as to give me code  to play human-vs-computer Tic-Tac-Toe on a board size of 8x8 where a winning configuration contains a straight line of five positions of same type.?
Or anything else that would be helpful for me? Thank you.
