counter strike problem

i am running games room in which i have 10 pcs connected with lan. while playing counter strike game some times it hangs some time pc and some time only game.
these pc configration are
pIII intel orignal motherboard built in sound card
pIII 866 Mhz processor
256 mb ram
64 mb Geforce2 mx 200 vga card
20 gb hard drive
dilink network card pci
3com switch for lan network
