A 15pin adaptor maybe...hmmmn?

Hello, I recently purchased a Wingman Formula GP Steerring Wheel & Pedals to hopefully use with my Driving Games. I am just getting into the PC Games so excuse me if this question might be one that I coulda searched out on Google or somewhere.
OK...Question: This game device has a "male 15 pin connector" but my Dell XP System doesn't have any ports for that connector. This PC has several USB2.0 ports, a parallel connector port & a serial connector port that are open. Does anyone know of any adaptors that would let me convert this 15 pin connector into any of the ports I have but preferably a USB2.0 ports & let the device work accurately properly? Thank You
