Recording demos in Quake3

hi,
 I know how to record demos in q3. But see this demo
http://www.cyberfight.org/site/demos/18585/
In between the game, they have recorded all players POV.

How can we do this ??. Have they used any software for doing this ??

If i use GTV, iam getting my demo in 2MB. if i use autorecord on the same system, it is making the same demo in 12 MB. Whats the difference ?. IN OSP, is there anyway to record demos all players POVs at the same time ?
