Question

Need Help With Hell Level on Doom 3

I'm going nuts trying to get through this level even with the cheats!!!!  I'm stuck in that freaking room with the fire under the floor and a doorway to my left and right and two pillars in front of me.  I've killed all the monsters but I'm still getting the sound queues from the left doorway.  How do I procede or does anyone know of a GOOD walkthrough?
