Browse All TopicsHi,
Yes, I was banned by Valve, Counter Strike. I'm in shock.
Actually, I play CS very little. I setup a server for my son and his friends. Some of them egged me on to try a bot, big mistake. Today, I'm banned.
What do I do next? I learned my lesson, and a quick one at that. According to Valve, there is no mercy for those who are banned. They also say one shouldn't get another account.
So what should I do if I want to play Counter Strike again with my son? I bought my Steam CS account online, less then $10.00. For him I got the CD version that came with a key.
I'm not looking to cheat or to bypass any of Valve's TOS agreements. I just would like to know what do I do next. Valve's FAQs really don't address anything after you get banned and I've not heard yet back from their Customer Service.
