How to Play Street fighter IV in intel G31

how to play Street Fighter IV in my PC ?
 
Intel Q9300 (quad core)
Mobo Intel G35 - DG35EC intel ori
VGA intel GMA X3500 MB onboard at 256MB
HDD WD 320GB
PSQ AcBel 400w


But when I try in my other PC it works.
(intel E8200-Core2Duo, Mobo Nvidia 7150a, VGA onboard Nvidia GeForce 7150 at 256, HDD WD 250GB, PSW AcBel 400w)

How to make it workd in my Quad Core ?

PS : Please Don't tell me to buy a PCIe VGA.
