We are an internation organization and has around 180 offices around the globe, what is the best proficcional help dsk program can be used? currently we are using Remedy,is there a better one ? must be web based and has a remote access through the internet and include also an option to share information with local ITs in COs

what is used in the big 500 fortune companies?
