The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Grade of the Solution
  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. As a member of Experts Exchange, you are able to cast your vote on the quality of the solutions in regard to how complete, accurate, helpful and easy to understand each solution is. pes 2008 will not run

installed pes 2008 on my pc.
win xp sp2
intel dual core processor
2 gig of ram
ati radeon hd 2900 pro g-card 512mb

It ran once, but after that, every time i try to run the game i get:

warning :
your computer does not meet the minimum specifications to run this software.
you may experience errors during operation.
the video card does not have the necessary specifications. (vertex/pixel shader 1.x)
the settings cannot be reflected due to the computers specifications.
--------------------------------------------
the card supports:
 Supported pixel shaders/vertex shaders version 4.0
reading tha back of the box i see that it first lists my hd2900 as a supported card.
If i ignore this warning and continue i get this error message:

the instruction at "0x00bb2210" refrenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read".

I've installed the latest g-card drivers.
