Preventing Physical Computer Access

I am about to open up a computer gaming center.  I am concerned about the gamers having physical access to the machines.  Is this something I should be concerned about?  My thoughts were to put all the machines in a seperate room, but what if someone comes in wanting to use their own mouse?  I need a locking case....something to prevent physical access to the drives, and maybe even all the I/O ports.  Any ideas
