Call of duty 4 game crashes

Hi
i have call of duty 4 installed, now i finished 2 levels in ACT II , but when i start level 3 ( One Shot , One Kill) the game crashes ,,, dunno why........
i re-installed it many times with no hope :(
attached an image for the what i got after it crashes + dxdiag info...

Usually, game crashes are a result of bad video drivers. Have you tried updating them lately?

Also, are you running XP with a skinning program? Your screen shot does not look like Vista. Try disabling that program as well, since most skinning programs use hooks to trap the window drawing routines. It's possible this program may be trying to hook something within COD4 that it's not expecting.

i disabled that theme ,, and restarted the PC ,, the level loads for extra 10 sec nearly then crashes again
it loads nearly a half of its total progress ,,, but crashes again....
any help plz ????

Is that BitDefender Antivirus I see by your clock? If it is, have you tried "Game Mode" or disabling it totally? Also have you checked to make sure your game disk is free from fingerprints?

Yes - check you are running the latest Forceware drivers for your 7300LE (169.21)
http://us.download.nvidia.com/Windows/169.21/169.21_forceware_winxp_32bit_english_whql.exe

Plus make certain that COD4 is patched to v1.5
http://www.infinityward.com/modernwarfare/patch/

You machine seems to have plenty of free memory but skinning XP does use some background resources. Check what else is running too but you should see most improvement with drivers and patches.

fingerprints= finger marks on your COD4 game disk

if there are prints, and you clean them off and get the same problem, you may need to reinstall after cleaning the disk (some file gets corrupted during install due to dirty disk)

Oh and re-reading this thread, I also endorse updating your COD with the patch.

It is kinda tricky, do this:

install 1.4 patch, located here:
http://www.gamershell.com/download_22482.shtml

THEN install 1.5 patch, located here:
http://www.gamershell.com/download_23036.shtml

it should work after that. post back once you have run that directx installer and the two patches, and rebooted :D

If that doesn't work, it sounds to me to be corrupt game... Try reinstalling the game as a last resort.. :)

If you have go down the reinstallation path again, try installing it into a different directory than you have originally.
For example... something like "C:\Program Files\COD4-2"
