Need help accessing files across my home network

Hello. I have ethernet built into my home with two computers (all winxp) in the den, and my computer in here with various game consoles. I just got a netgear 8 port gigabit switch (currently in my room), a linksys wired router is downstairs (has a bad wan port), and a dlink wireless router is in the den. I also have an old old 10mbit hub, but it still works alright, although I don't currently have it hooked up. My Internet connection is a wireless isp, but that really should have nothing to do with this. I can't do file sharing to the computers in the den because of.. stuff. You know. Can't ping the other computers, workgroup networking doesn't work, can't lan games. Etc. Both sub-networks (the computers in the den behind the dlink router, and my pc/consoles in my room) can access the admin page for the linksys router downstairs, but they can't do connections all the way across the network to each other.

So my current setup is as such: 1000mbit netgear switch in my room connected to a pc and game consoles, 100mbit linksys router downstairs connected to the internet, and the 100mbit dlink router in the den connected to two pcs.

Behind the netgear switch:
Dhcp Enabled. . . . . . . . . . . : Yes
Autoconfiguration Enabled . . . . : Yes
IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.100.102
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.100.1
DHCP Server . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.100.1
DNS Servers . . . . . . . . . . . : 208.67.222.222
208.67.220.220

In the den behind the dlink router:
Dhcp Enabled. . . . . . . . . . . : Yes
Autoconfiguration Enabled . . . . : Yes
IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.0.102
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.0.1
DHCP Server . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.0.1
DNS Servers . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.0.1

The last time I had this setup working was before I got the dlink router. The linksys was downstairs, and the crap hub (I hate that thing) was in my room. I got the dlink router to use wireless internet in my living room. I got the switch because of the gigabit ethernet and the 8 ports - was meant for downstairs but I like it too much and a router is more appropriate there. Anyway, I would appreciate any help getting my new setup to work.
