The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? Run an Access database on Mac?

Can any one offer advice about what I would need to do to run an MS Access database application on a G5 Mac?  The Access application has VBA code behind forms (thought that fact might be relevant).
