It did not work because I jailbreak my Apple Tv2, but I found the solution: 
 
 
You need to put you device in DFU mode while you run your iTunes:

And hold down the key &quot;option&quot; when you select Restore bottom on iTunes, and immediately unplug the power outlet, opposite to the Apple's restore procedure: &nbsp;<a href="http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4367?viewlocale=en_US" rel="ugc">http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4367?viewlocale=en_US</a> 
&nbsp; 
Whit this you can select the file: AppleTV2,1_4.4.3_9A405l_Restore.ipsw 
 
And that's all
