Correction1:
The first figure refers to the CAS Latency of the memory (indicates the number of cycles required after a column address is given until the data is read)
The second refers to the RAS-to-CAS delay (cycles between the Row Address Strobe and Column Address Strobe)
The third refers to the RAS [Row Address Strobe] precharge time (cycles necessary for the RAS to charge up before the ram refreshes.)
All these are measured in clock cycles.
You may see two further figures:
tRAS [Row Address Strobe (RAS) Pulse Width]
CMD [Command time it takes the chipset to translate a virtual memory address into a physical memory address]

Hi there,
These codes refer to the CAS Latency of the memory.
They are grouped as 2 digits, 1 digit, 2 digits.
So a 30330 is 3-3-3 while a 30440 is a 3-4-4 and a 25330 is a 2.5-3-3
