Xeon Compatibility for PE2600

I have a PowerEdge 2600 that has a single Xeon 2.8Ghz w/ 533FSB installed. I am looking to purchase another one so I'll have dual processors in the server. However, I'm concerned about what exactly the requirements are for the second processor, and I don't want to accidentally get one that won't work or will not work at it's best performance.
