eulalauncher.exe is taking 50%+ of my CPU Processing

In my Task Manager | Processes I have the following:

eulalauncher.exe
eula.exe

eula.exe is taking 50%-70% of my CPU Processing.  I have search to see if it is a virus, but I cannot tell one way or the other.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thank, Stepnharp

To confirm whether these are malware or not, submit both files to one or both of the following sites for an online scan:

 http://www.virustotal.com/
 http://virusscan.jotti.org/

You should know within a few minutes whether they are any known malware in disguise.
Where are those files? Can you give the path?
Try HijackThis (It's a free program)

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial42.html

HijackThis is a utility that produces a listing of certain settings found in your computer. HijackThis wills scan your registry and various other files for entries that are similar to what a Spyware or Hijacker program would leave behind.

You can then paste the logfile that HijackThis generates in the following site which will automatically analyze it and alert you if it finds anything that is suspicious.

http://www.hijackthis.de/index.php?langselect=english

Or you could also post the log file that it generates over here so that we can help analyse it.
alternatively,
download and run process explorer from www.sysinternals.com

process explorer is an advanced version of task manager. using process explorer, u can find out more about what eula is and if possible, terminate it and delete it. i don't think that eula is a legitimate windows program.

Thanks for everyones help.

I have finally been able to stop the
eulalauncher.exe and eula.exe services.  I do not believe that they are anything serious.  Both services are apart of Dell and Google "let me download junk on your PC" software that I stopped in the middle of loading it on my PC.  The quickest way i could determine to stop the services was to continue the install program and let it finish, then remove it from my PC.

Thanks again for your help. Stepnharp
