The primary requirements are:
0. Record CPU and perhaps HD temp.
1. No need for UI. Need to log to disk.
2. No need for install. Need to deploy by copying it there and launching it remotely.
I couldnt get MBM to work, it didnt recognise my MOBO but that doesnt mean a lot. The units it is to run on are different.
XR Perfmon looks interesting.

It may not support the MOBO we have but it sounds like exactly what I am looking for. Is there anything else as trivial as that?
I understand there is a BIOS function for core temp. Where can I find call details or sample code?
