CPUs Chosen Conflict , both is equal in specifications and one of them is much expansive

Hi ALL

I am planning to lease a dedicated server from one of the datacenters

But I have big confusing from choosing the right CPU from of the following 2

The first one is :
Processor: Quad Core Xeon 3220 - 2.40GHz (Kentsfield) - 8MB cache

The Second one  is: (Expansive with $60 per month)
Processor : Quad Core Xeon 5335 - 2.00GHz (Clovertown) - 8MB cache

so whats the beast chose , by balancing the cost and efficiency ?? and why ? please with much details

I have already check on this URL , but still I dont get why the second processor is expansive !!! I cant find any big different between them !!!  it there any new hidden technology ??

By the way , I will use this server to install (Microsoft Virtual Server 2005 SP1 R2) and divide the server to 5 virtual servers each one will content big process load , so I need strong processor to perform my heavy operations With great supporting for the virtualization technology but by balancing the cost and efficiency
