The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? Whats the dif between two CPUs?

Was looking at the Intel QuadCore Q9550 - 2.83GHz - 1333MHz FSB - 12mb

I've noticed that there's also Xeon 3360 - 2.83GHz - 1333MHz FSB - 12mb for a similar price.

The system is a more-or-less a HC gaming one + video editing/encoding.

Also does anyone know of any good benchmarks for the high-end QuadCore CPUs that's up to date?Start Free Trial
