How can find if this CPU is 32bit or 64bit?

I have recently installed Debian etch on an IBM eServer xSeries 345 Type 8670 and I can't find if it is 32bit or 64bit.

The CPU is an Intel(R) XEON(TM) CPU 2.00GHz
