The Solution Rating System

Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. Which O.S for Impulse NPX-9000 ?

Hello,

I've bought this laptop :

http://carapelli.trustpass.alibaba.com/product/101509462/World_s_Cheapest_Laptop.html

it has no BIOS. The O.S inside it is a custom Linux distribution called HIGHNE 2008. I want to remove it,because there is no shell and I can install no applications.
I want to know which O.S can I install and how can I do it, if there is no BIOS. Maybe Windows Mobile ? What's the best Linux distro all around for this kind of CPU ?
