I can't see much wrong. I don't know what this is, so if you don't either you might try disabling this:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [OEM02Mon.exe] C:\WINDOWS\OEM02Mon.exe
When you installed the drivers, did you start with the chipset drivers? They are the most important and make sure your devices like HD's etc interface with the system at the best speeds. Check the device manager for any issues, and make sure your disk interface is set to use DMA mode, and isn't in PIO mode.
Also make sure you install the latest servicepack, and all the windows updates after that. Upgrade to at least IE7. IE6 is old and unsafe, with many security issues. Personally I'd use Firefox whenever browsing, it is safer than IE, and the newest version (3.5) is also a lot faster.
