What kind of fan for a SC512L260B supermicro Case

Hi to all!

I have a case by supermicro, its model number is SC512L260B.
I think this can be a link of the product: http://www.supermicro.com/products/chassis/1U/512/SC512L-260-LCD.cfm

the problem is that the actual fan is too noisy... and so i thought to change it with another one more professional and silent.

Can you give me some advices? I'm not able to find a correct model fun for this case... i think its dimensions are 10x10mm
