Monitor wont turn on

I have a Sony VAIO Digital Studio PC PCV-RS620G when i press the power button the tower turns on the fans spin the light blin hand key baord light come on the problem is the monitor does not turn on i tried turn off the monitor and turning it back on and i get a no signal message
but the toewer still responds if i push the button in the front i can turn it on or of.

 the computer does not have an intergraded vga por it has one comected threw anAGP 8x - Plug-in card. What i've tried:

Replaced mother board
Replaced CPU
Replaced RAm
Replaced POwer supply
Replaced Hard drive
Took the battery out of the mother board
Replaced graphics card but not an AGP i didn't have one i used a PCI if that matters
ANd i tried to turn on the computer with only the hard drive and mother baord connected

Ran out of ideas any help would be aprciated
