which system is better?

i am thinking of upgrading my system and i dont know what one to choose, i am getting abit confused with the FSB and termonology etc.  as far as i am aware the S10 uses 1066mhz DDR3 RAM and the HP station uses 800mhz DDR2 RAM but the HP station has a faster processor the systems are:

Lenovo ThinkStation S10
Intel® X38 E6750 Processor 2.66Ghz
 2 x 1GB RAM
 250GB HDD
 DVDRW Optical Drive
NVIDIA FX370 Graphics

HP Workstation xw4600
Core 2 Duo E8400 / 3 GHz
RAM 2 GB
HDD 250 GB
DVD±RW (±R DL) / DVD-RAM
Gigabit Ethernet
NVIDIA FX370 Graphics

which one should i go for and why? it is going to be mainly used for autocad and revit structure.
