Why is my Available memory higher than my total physical memory?

Upon upgrading memory in a few of our client machines it shows the correct amount of memory in system properties 1.47 but does not show the correct amount in our monitoring software(N-Able). This is supposedly due to corrupt WMI instance but all attempts of mine have failed to correct this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
