4gb single block RAM

Dear EE experts,

I know this sounds ridiculous, but I'm fed up with searching 4Gb RAM blocks. Every time I search for 4gb ram, it get only results which offer me RAM KITs, whovever I'd like to buy a SINGLE BLOCK 4gb 1066Mhz DDR2 RAM for my desktop computer. Could you show me a few pages with this criteria? I'm really fed up with these 2x2Gb kits.

Crucial has a MASS of different memory, but even there, once I remove all the options you don't want, all you're left with is a kit! (they do have 4gb single sticks but not at that speed) I'll keep looking but that's not a good start!!

They do have DDR3 1066 however! But again, that's no use... :(

I can't find any manufacture that makes 4gb sticks of DDR2 1066. DDR2 800 is the fastest DDR2 available in 4gb sticks.

Um, yeah I found one 800mhz. I'd like to use these ram (finally, extend my PC to 16GB of ram) for Hyper-V virtualization. Do you think 800mhz ram will be enough for running 4-6 VMs? I'm planning to run 4-6 VMs with 12Gb of RAM in the host computer.

We're running pc800 with 12gb ram and have 10-12 servers running.

You can see single channel 4GB DDR2 800 on that Crucial site, if you select the correct options on the left? But whichever you prefer... :)
