How to set the frequency on M/B; not sure of choices to click.

How do I select the frequency choice on M/B?

mfg.: PC Chips M/B model A13G+ V.3
CPU: AMD Model: AM2 Athlon 64 3500+ 2200 MHz (512kb, 1000FSB, AM2 socket)

Details: Presently, CPU freq. is set to default @ 210;
but not sure if that means MHz & it is then multiplied by ?

The manual .doc does not comment at all re. setting this frequency.

OS is Mepis 7. so not sure how I determine the speed of CPU.
I have a Mepis Program running that states the CPU speed is 1000. So that is why
I'm asking this question. Should be 2200 MHz. So seems I'm to set the freq. higher and/or set the multiplier to some other number.
