My Nforce 680i LT Mobo isn't posting

My Mobo isn't posting. Chances are I might have to replace it, but it happened after I stress tested my system after upgrading the ram and graphics card. It booted the following morning but wouldn't that evening. In case there is no easy fix I might have to replace the board but I was wondering if I could swap for a duplicate board and keep my current install intact. If I have to reinstall from scratch my 3DS Max and Flash might be lost since the licenses need to be transfered using an Internet connection and both machines on the same network.
I have tried this method with two Dells, that were the same model, replacing a mobo with bad caps but I had to activate my Office again.
My 3D and Flash programs are old so I wouldn't mind an upgrade, but the features I need don't warrant an upgrade.
