Simple SATA hard drive / mainboard question

Again, I feel like a fool asking this, but can someone please verify my suspicion:

Look at the motherboard for this barebones kit on tigerdirect:

I need to buy a hard drive to use with this computer. I'd like to buy a SATA hard drive, but I need some experts advice as to what I should buy.

Will one of these hard drives work in the motherboard?

Now I need to worry about cables. Which sata cable / power cables do I need to get? Will the 4-pin power supply cables work on this hard drive? Here's a list of tigerdirect's "SATA" cables, which one(s) do I need?

Finally, which of the six SATA ports should I be plugging this thing into? What are those two "SATA II" ports about? They look like they're rated at the same speed as the hard drive so do I use those?
