Need help with BIOS update  AMI rev 1.08

I'm having  trouble updating my bios.  I'll paste all the info I've dug up from my motherboard.  I started to use AMIFLASH to flash my bios but it says that my "bios does not support flash".  I googled and some people said to check if there was a setting in the bios stopping it.  I looked and the only thing I saw was "Bios Caching"  I've tried enabled and disabled with no luck.  I tried to find a mobo manual to see if there was a jumper but I couldn't find the manual.  I have a button for the CMOS but it just resets it.  I'm stuck....here is my info
