Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. Troubleshoot: Computer not loading Bios

I have an Nvidia nForce 590 SLI board.  Last night, I went to turn my computer on, and only the fans kicked on.  The board has a powercode LED built into it, and it only displays [- -].  The board is showing that it's getting power but nothing happens.

I unplugged everything from the board, took out all memory, removed bios chip & battery etc, and then put it all back in, to no avail.  The only thing I haven't done was reseat the CPU (because I need to go get more thermal paste.)

Does anyone have any insight as to where to begin troubleshooting?  Reseating the CPU is next on my list.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
