Resource Conflict - PCI on Motherboard Bus:06, Device:09, Function:04

I have a Gateway M460E notebook that started booting up slow.  Now the machine will not boot up at all and I get the following error:
Resource Conflict - PCI on Motherboard Bus:06, Device:09, Function:04

Any thoughts on what could be causing my problem?

Also what is plugged into your PCI slots? Have you installed anything? UBCD and Hiren's have diagnostic tools

try removing devices : extra cards, peripherals, then CD drive, and disk drive.
if it was one of those, the error will go away
