Intel Virtualization technology disappears

i am having a problem in bios config. the intel virtualization technology flag is disappearing from the bios each time i reboot. i have to restore the bios to factory settings to see it again, then i enable it... but after reboot i loose it again.
i need to enable Virtualization in bios once and for all... PLEASE HELP!!!
my server is: SC5299DP motherboard: S5000VSA
with two Processors: intel Xeon CPU E5420 @2.5ghz
