Browse All TopicsWe have an APC 1500 series UPS installed in one of our racks. The Powerchute version of the software is 7.0.4. We have multiple servers and routers plugged into the UPS. Once every few days, we get an error message "stating insufficient runtime available on agent". Also, we get a message stating the APC has rebooted at the same time.
1. The powerload is no more than 60% at any given time.
2. There are no instances in any of the server or router logs of reboots.
3. There are no warning lights that show on the Powerchute.
4. There is no clear reference to this in any website.
