UPS battery lights flashing

Hi,

I have a APC Smart UPS 2200. All five of the "battery" lights are constantly flashing. I read some things on the net about it and all they say is to replace the batteries. I replaced the batteries on Friday afternoon to hopefully resolve this issue, but even with the new batteries the same issue is still present. I tried to get a hold of APC, but I sat on hold for 30 minutes to no avail so I hung up. Does anyone have any information that could assist?
