Compatible ATX Power Supply?

Hi,

My PC ATX Power supply blew last night so I am looking for a replacement - turns out that it appears to be of French manufacture and I am finding it hard to source one. Its a 460 watt  and what I am wondering is - can you replace it with something compatible that will work ok?
