I want to turn them back on with the return of the power supply. i do know that APC SmartUPS can do so, but i dont know how to configure the APC Powerchute Network Shutdown (PCNS) to do it.

How to configure Dell Powerdege Servers to automatically power on after the power comes back?
I have 2 DELL Servers PE2800 and PE2950, both connected to an APC UPS. When the power cuts, the APC UPS Network Mgmt Card is configured to shutdown the servers. I want to have the servers startup when the power comes back on. How do i do this? I already configured both server BIOS AC Power Recovery is set to ON , but i dont see anything happening.
Each server has a redundant power supply. So for each server, there is one power supply connected to the UPS and another connected to the main supply.
