to comment on :"but can I permenently repair these errors :)" :it depends on what error you have. If your disk sector is damaged, and unreadable (scratched), you will not be able to repair that; if the data is corrupted because of something software related, it can be repaired in most cases.
Spinrite will try to read your disk in many ways, to see if it can recover anything. But if it is not there, then it is beyond repair.

I recommend using Spinrite. It will probably be able to repair the files. It costs $90 but has been well worth the cost to me. I would also recommend getting the Ultimate Boot Cd and scanning the hard drive with the appropriate tool to see if it is failing.
